Technozone End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Technozone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application strictly in accordance with this agreement.

2. Restrictions

• Do not violate any laws in connection with your use
• No reverse engineering or decompiling
• No automated tools to misuse or overload the service

3. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
• Charges apply as specified in your subscription plan
• No refunds for partial use unless required by law

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the software—including code, logos, and designs—remain with Technozone.

5. Limitation of Liability

Service is provided “as is.” Technozone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or QuickBooks service downtime.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or for security reasons.

7. Governing Law
